Alongside the Shahriran exhibition, which is attended by all the main players in metropolitan municipalities, including mayors, deputy mayors, and financial and economic and planning managers of municipalities, etc., meetings to discuss the problems and challenges of each of the stakeholders of this conference have been arranged at specific times.

The Shahriran Exhibition is a platform for all ecosystem activists in the economy and urban services, infrastructure, urban transportation and traffic, urban intelligence, new and renewable energies, and the environment to constructively interact with each other and address the major challenges facing Iranian cities.

This conference will plan and hold workshops on financing issues that municipalities in the country are currently facing, with a more practical approach.

Along with keynote speakers, all accepted papers will be presented in the main hall with a predefined program.

The fifth pillar, which is also considered the most important pillar, encompasses the people, who are the main beneficiaries of the city financing movement.

The fourth pillar, sovereignty in the general sense, included the government and parliament.

The third pillar is professional developers, which includes professional builders in various cities with the aim of developing urban infrastructure, as well as local investors in that city.

The second pillar of the movement is financial institutions consisting of banks, capital supply companies, investment companies, and financial industry activists that operate under the supervision of the Securities and Exchange Organization and the Central Bank.

The first pillar of the implementation of this plan are the municipalities, which are considered the custodians of city administration.
